These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Keia Bot (“the Bot”), a Discord bot developed by Dimensional Fun (“the Developer”). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Bot.

Compliance with Discord Terms & Community Guidelines:

• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) and Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines) while using the Bot.
• Any violation of Discord’s Terms or Community Guidelines may result in the termination of your access to the Bot.

Prohibited Activities:

• You agree not to abuse the Bot or its services in any way.
• Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, flooding, or engaging in any other activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the Bot or Discord servers.
• You must not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Use of the Bot:

• You understand that the Bot may collect and store user data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
• By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property:

• The Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability:

• the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Bot.
• In no event shall the Developer’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Bot exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Bot.

Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms:

• the Developer reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Bot following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By using Keia Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.
